Fair Arc SMS Updates

Fair Arc sends optional service text messages for account and Arc-entry activity. Promotional text messages require a separate unchecked opt-in before we send them.

How Users Opt In

  1. A user creates an account at fair-arc.com/auth/signup.
  2. The signup form collects a mobile phone number for account support, entry support, and prize fulfillment.
  3. The user may check an unchecked SMS-consent box before submitting signup.
  4. The user may also check a separate unchecked promotional SMS box for new Arc drops, Saturday reminders, and special offers.
  5. The user can later update SMS preference from their account page or while entering a live Arc.

Phone number is collected for entry support and prize fulfillment. SMS messages require the separate optional checkbox below.

Reviewer preview only. The real signup form includes the mobile phone field, an active submit button, and this SMS opt-in checkbox unchecked by default. The entry form repeats these contact fields so users can keep fulfillment and SMS preferences current.

Promotional SMS

Promotional SMS is separate from service SMS. A user must actively check a separate unchecked promotional SMS box before Fair Arc sends new Arc drops, Saturday reminders, special offers, or similar promotional messages by text.

Message Types

  • Entry confirmations and Arc status updates.
  • Payment help and account support.
  • Countdown alerts when an Arc is full and selection is about to begin.
  • Prize fulfillment and shipping support.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on account and Arc-entry activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy

Mobile numbers are used only for Fair Arc service messages and account support. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, shared, or used for third-party or affiliate marketing. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
